Siberian Oil And Omega-3 is a unique blend of most important omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and one of their precursors- alfa-linolenic acid (ALA). All of them come from Siberia-from cold water fish of southern Siberia. These highly concentrated all-natural omega-3 polyunsaturated fats can be extremely helpful for the maintenance of cardiovascular and mental health as well as for normal vision and the proper functioning of the joints.
Recommended use
Adults should take 2-3 capsules per day with meals.
